Dive into the fresh, vibrant flavors of Asia with this seafood-inspired culinary experience. Guided by our chef, you’ll learn how to prepare a delicious four-course menu that’s both healthy and full of flavor:

  • Spicy Sautéed Calamari – tender rings with a flavorful kick.

  • Ahi Tuna Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing – fresh, light, and refreshing.

  • Thai Braised Grouper (fish subject to availability) – served over fragrant jasmine rice with colorful julienne vegetables.

Class Policies

 

Booking Your Spot

Reserve your seat online, by phone, or in person at Chefs’ Haven. Classes are limited to 10 participants so everyone can watch, learn, and interact with Chef Mark.

Payment & Deposits

For regularly scheduled classes (those that Chef Mark schedules in advance) a $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required at booking and applied to your total class fee.

For private classes, a $250 deposit is due once a date has been determined. This deposit will be credited against the amount due the evening of your class.

The balance is due at the end of class.

We accept cash, check, credit card, or gift certificate.

Credit card payments include a 3.9% processing fee.

Using a Gift Certificate

To redeem a gift certificate, contact us before booking at mark@chefshavende.com (preferred) or 302-234-2040. Please have your certificate number and the amount available.

Class Minimums & Cancellations

Classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If fewer than 4 are booked, we’ll notify you by phone. You may reschedule or request a full refund.

Extras for You

All participants receive printed recipes for every dish prepared in class.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you can’t attend, feel free to send a friend in your place. Otherwise, please notify us at least 5 days before your class by email, phone, or in person (include the reservation name, class date, and number of attendees).

With proper notice, you may reschedule at no extra cost. Without the required notice, your deposit is non-refundable.
