Chicken Salad

I’m a local and come in and stay a few hours reading a book or sometimes bring my laptop. The espresso based drinks are really really good. The flaky croissants (two kinds) are the real thing. Great with a latté. In my opinion, they are identical with (or better than) what you might find anywhere in France. I’m not kidding. You won’t ever be disappointed here. It’s just great!

I am a weekly customer and pick this chicken salad up for lunch. It is delicious, and among the best I've ever had. I have also tried their fabulous breads and look forward to trying their soups during the colder months. I love to support small business and their high-quality foods stand out. I hope Hockessin realizes what a gem they have in this shop.
